Britain’s Got Talent Series 17 will return this weekend with a new episode. The show has released a teaser clip featuring a performance by magician Trixy, who left judge Simon Cowell stunned when he reunited him with his old car.
BGT Magician Reunites Simon Cowell with His Car
At the start of the clip, Trixy tells Cowell that he made a purchase of £10,500 in March 1994. He then makes a tiny red car appear in his hand, which Cowell recognizes as a car he used to own. Trixy then shows Cowell a photo of himself in the car.
“I am about to reunite you with someone special,” Trixy told the judge as he led him outside. Cowell was shocked when he saw the car (a 1971 Triumph TR6, according to the Daily Mail) waiting for him there. The audience applauded the reveal.
Trixy is an electrician and a father of two. His audition for BGT reportedly featured 50 photographs from Simon Cowell’s life. We’ll have to wait until Sunday’s new episode to find out what the judges had to say about this impressive trick.

The Show Returns on Sunday Night
A new episode of BGT will air this Sunday, May 12. Fans in the UK can watch the show at 7:40 pm on ITV1, ITVX and STV. The season is still in the audition stage, as acts perform for the judges in the hope of making it to the next round.
So far, five acts have earned the Golden Buzzer. All four judges, plus hosts Ant & Dec, have done the honors. However, fans can expect to see a few more before auditions are over. It was reported earlier this year that most of the judging panel hit the Golden Buzzer twice this season.
